Tampa, Florida -- This weekend stop by a local Panera Bread for a sweet way to raise money for the Children's Cancer Center.?
Panera Bread will be hosting outdoor lemonade stands benefiting the Children's Cancer Center on Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27. For only a $1.00 donation, customers will receive a refreshing sample of Panera's Home-Style Lemonade.?
Patty O'Leary, Chief Operating Officer of the Children's Cancer Center says she believes when a child is diagnosed with cancer, the whole family is diagnosed, adding "Our mission is to provide these children and their families with the educational, emotional and financial relief necessary to cope."?
Last year Panera Bread customers donated almost $22,000 which benefited the 950 families serviced by the Children's Cancer Center.?
Stands will be open at Panera Bread bakery-cafes throughout the Tampa Bay area from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on July 26 and 27.?
